Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps by analyzing emerging tech trends and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable innovation frameworks
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with high potential for commercial application
- Design human-centered solutions addressing future societal and environmental challenges
- Present strategic visions to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Build and manage an ecosystem of academic, industry, and startup partners
- Quantify innovation ROI through predictive modeling and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation management, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive solutions from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to map complex interdependencies
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Portfolio of implemented future-focused initiatives with measurable outcomes
