Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess market impact through 2026+
- Develop and communicate strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Present visionary insights at industry conferences and publish thought leadership pieces
- Mentor junior futurists and drive innovation culture across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation with proven futurist experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., AGI, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in reputable futurist or business publications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning, Delphi method)
- Portfolio showcasing previous strategic foresight projects with measurable impact
