Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients using predictive modeling and trend analysis
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives across quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neurotech domains
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 market disruptions
- Facilitate C-level strategy workshops on emerging technology adoption
- Author thought leadership reports on future-of-work paradigms
- Manage global network of futurist researchers and technology scouts
- Translate complex technological forecasts into actionable business strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight from APF or similar institution
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or technology ethics
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
