Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps aligning with corporate vision and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions using AI, blockchain, and quantum computing
- Analyze global tech trends and geopolitical shifts to identify strategic opportunities and threats
- Design sustainable business models for circular economy integration and carbon-neutral operations
- Present strategic frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data narratives
- Mentor innovation lab teams in human-centered design methodologies and agile execution
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation impact and ROI on future-facing initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record developing 5+ year roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across R&D, product, and sustainability divisions
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (PhD a plus)
