Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling 2026-scale data loads and predictive analytics.
- Define the technical roadmap for next-generation user interfaces and immersive web experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum-ready algorithms into legacy systems.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies (e.g., WebGPU, Rust, Edge AI) to enhance system performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
- Evaluate emerging tech trends to ensure our stack remains relevant in the evolving digital ecosystem.
- Lead security and compliance initiatives for future-proof data governance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in artificial intelligence and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from concept to deployment.
- Strong understanding of system design principles, microservices, and distributed computing.
- Familiarity with future-forward technologies such as WebAssembly, Zero-Knowledge Proofs, or Neuromorphic computing is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
