Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum computing capabilities into existing ML pipelines.
- Ensure system resilience, security, and ethical compliance in all AI deployments.
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of cutting-edge frameworks and tools for predictive modeling.
- Mentor senior engineers and define technical best practices for the future-tech division.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale AI projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles, bias mitigation, and responsible data governance.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
