Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Roadmaps: Define the technical vision and architectural strategy for our upcoming AI initiatives, focusing on scalability and future-proofing.
- Design System Architecture: Lead the design of distributed machine learning systems, data pipelines, and inference engines capable of handling massive real-time data streams.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment, fine-tuning, and optimization of large language models (LLMs) and neural networks to ensure high performance and low latency.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews, architecture reviews, and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and governance frameworks to ensure AI safety and regulatory compliance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive stakeholders and product teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years dedicated to AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- AI Mastery: Proven track record of designing and deploying production-ready LLMs, transformers, or reinforcement learning systems.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technical projects from conception to delivery.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on solving ambiguous, high-stakes problems.
