Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable microservices architectures for autonomous agents and neuromorphic computing platforms.
- Lead 2026 Roadmap: Translate high-level business requirements into concrete technical roadmaps, anticipating the technological shifts of 2026 and beyond.
- Optimize Edge Intelligence: Develop efficient algorithms that run on edge devices while maintaining high-performance deep learning capabilities.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Implement rigorous governance frameworks and bias mitigation strategies to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Collaborate with R&D: Partner with quantum computing researchers to integrate hybrid quantum-classical models into our core stack.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of junior developers and data scientists in best practices for large-scale machine learning systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead architectural role focusing on AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust; extensive experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of designing systems for Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or Agentic workflows.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex technical challenges with a focus on scalability and performance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
