Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) that drive business value.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure system architectures that support complex, AI-native workflows and predictive modeling.
- Tech Stack Evaluation: Lead the evaluation and integration of bleeding-edge technologies, ensuring seamless compatibility with legacy systems.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and C-level stakeholders to translate business vision into technical specifications.
- Innovation Labs: Establish and manage an internal 'Future Tech' lab to prototype and validate concepts before full-scale deployment.
- Disaster Recovery & Security: Implement forward-thinking security protocols and disaster recovery strategies that anticipate future cyber threats.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic planning role.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), Microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Trend Awareness: Proven track record of researching and implementing futuristic technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Neural Networks, Blockchain).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and think several steps ahead.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
