Key Objectives

Responsibilities
- Develop the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Create a comprehensive vision and execution plan for the company's next five years, aligning with CEO and Board objectives.
- Market & Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology trends, regulatory changes, and market disruptions to identify high-value opportunities.
- Innovation Pipeline Management: Oversee the ideation, vetting, and implementation of breakthrough technologies and business models.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with C-Suite executives and department heads to ensure operational alignment with the long-term strategy.
- Competitive Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis of competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate complex strategic concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or executive leadership within a Fortune 500 environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering required; MBA or advanced degree is a strong plus.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and translate abstract concepts into actionable business plans.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) and their potential impact on the industry.
