Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create a comprehensive technical strategy that aligns with business goals, focusing on scalability, security, and futuristic capabilities.
- Lead Research & Development: Oversee the exploration and integration of emerging technologies, including advanced AI, AR/VR, and edge computing.
- System Architecture Design: Design robust, scalable system architectures that can withstand the demands of next-generation applications and data processing.
- C-Suite Advisory: Provide expert consultation to executive leadership on technological trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Talent & Culture: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring senior engineers and inspiring the engineering team to think beyond the current constraints.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic planning role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale technical transformations and forecasting industry trends.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), microservices, and containerization.
- Innovation Mindset: Passionate about the future of technology and capable of translating complex concepts into actionable business strategies.
