- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Security, and Data Science.
- Implement robust security protocols and cloud-native solutions (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Conduct code reviews and optimize system performance to ensure zero downtime.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, Rust, or TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Experience deploying and managing Large Language Models (LLMs) or similar AI workloads.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on future-proofing solutions.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
