Responsibilities

- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to next-gen platforms ensuring zero downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, R&D, and executive leadership to align technical strategies with business goals.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Evaluate new tech stacks and vendors to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and large-scale data processing pipelines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
