Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technical roadmap for the 2026 release cycle, aligning engineering capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Lead Research & Development (R&D) initiatives to identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing, Quantum Readiness).
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems that can withstand the demands of future growth.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate visionary concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Establish and enforce architectural standards and best practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic planning role.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML architectures, cloud-native systems, and distributed computing frameworks (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale technology roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of emerging tech trends relevant to the 2026 horizon, including autonomous agents and synthetic data.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
