Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year, aligning tech initiatives with business objectives.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Research, prototype, and assess emerging technologies such as AI, Quantum Computing, and Spatial Computing to determine feasibility for integration.
- Infrastructure Modernization: Lead the architectural vision for modernizing legacy systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for future demands.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a cross-functional team of engineers and product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive buy-in for high-impact strategic projects.
- R&D Oversight: Oversee Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for futuristic technologies, managing the lifecycle from concept to deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or strategic technology planning.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), AI/ML integration, and distributed systems.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of identifying and implementing forward-thinking technologies before they become mainstream.
- Leadership: Strong experience leading high-performance teams and managing large-scale technical projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical strategies into clear business value propositions.
