Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance systems for Project 2026, ensuring resilience and scalability.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with our R&D division to translate complex research findings into production-ready code and infrastructure.
- Technical Strategy: Define the long-term technical vision and roadmap for our core platform, aligning with business goals.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Lead code reviews and mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver features that delight users.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all systems adhere to the highest standards of security and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and modern cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
