Qualifications

- Proven track record launching AI/quantum products to market
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech design
- Strong background in securing federal/private innovation grants
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
