Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 industry transformation goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype systems for quantum computing applications
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, biotech, nanotech) for commercial viability
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships and grant applications
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor junior engineers through our Future Tech Fellowship program
- Publish whitepapers and speak at global innovation summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Proven track record launching products with $100M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Strong background in agile development and DevOps methodologies
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Security clearance eligibility (for government partnerships)
