- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech initiatives with market disruption forecasts
- Mentor a 15-person innovation lab in rapid prototyping and agile development
- Drive patent strategy for emerging tech assets with IP counsel
- Analyze global tech trends to identify first-mover opportunities
- Present innovation blueprints to board and investors quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products
- MBA or equivalent strategic certification preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major conferences
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding
- Proficient in future-casting methodologies and scenario planning
- Fluency in Python and data visualization tools
