- Develop patentable IP and publish thought leadership in top-tier journals
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through government grants and private partnerships
- Drive adoption through pilot programs with Fortune 500 partners
- Mentor next-gen talent in emerging technology disciplines
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record shipping AI/ML or quantum computing products at scale
- Expertise in emerging tech standards (ISO 20700, IEEE 2656) and ethical frameworks
- Strong background in patent prosecution and IP strategy
- Experience securing DARPA/NIH grants or equivalent innovation funding
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Proficiency in future forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
