Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum, bio-computing, AR/VR)
- Analyze emerging tech trends and market disruptors to inform strategic decisions
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation strategies
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and research consortia
- Drive sustainable technology initiatives aligned with ESG goals
- Mentor emerging tech talent through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough innovations
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology, or spatial computing
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
- Exceptional presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
