Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive Technology Strategy for the 2026 fiscal year, focusing on AI integration and digital transformation.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Continuously research, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) to assess their viability for enterprise deployment.
- Team Leadership: Lead a cross-functional squad of engineers and product managers to drive the delivery of high-impact technology initiatives.
- Innovation Management: Establish a robust innovation pipeline to ensure the company remains ahead of industry trends and competitors.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering or product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic advisory capacity.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud infrastructure, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to look beyond current trends and anticipate future technological shifts relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
