Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical vision and roadmap for the 2026 timeframe, aligning technology trends with business goals.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Research, prototype, and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge IoT) to determine feasibility and integration potential.
- Architecture Design: Design resilient, scalable, and secure cloud-native architectures that support rapid growth and innovation.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a cross-functional team of engineers and developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive stakeholders and non-technical teams.
- Project Management: Oversee the lifecycle of major technical initiatives, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- Innovation: Proven track record of identifying and implementing emerging technologies to solve business problems.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing engineering teams.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term scalability.
