Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap for our AI and robotics division.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research and development of next-gen autonomous agents and neural interfaces.
- Identify emerging technological trends (e.g., quantum computing, biotech integration) to inform product strategy.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technical milestones with business goals for the 2026 fiscal year.
- Oversee the prototyping and testing of futuristic hardware-software integration systems.
- Drive innovation culture, fostering a 'future-first' mindset across all engineering departments.
- Manage stakeholder communication regarding long-term technical vision and progress.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in technical leadership, with at least 5 years specifically in AI strategy and futuristic tech.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale technology projects ahead of schedule.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and robotic process automation.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Experience working in high-growth startup environments or R&D labs.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to mentor and scale engineering teams.
