Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Translate high-level business objectives into a concrete technical vision for the next three years.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust Machine Learning pipelines and data lake solutions that can handle massive scale.
- Lead Innovation: Spearhead the adoption of emerging technologies, specifically focusing on Generative AI and Edge Computing.
- Technical Mentorship: Lead a team of brilliant engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and data scientists to ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution.
- Infrastructure Security: Implement best-in-class security protocols to protect proprietary AI models and data assets.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading technical strategy for forward-looking projects and defining long-term roadmaps.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Strong understanding of the ethical implications of AI and a commitment to responsible innovation.
- Experience in a fast-paced, agile startup environment is highly desirable.
