Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create a comprehensive long-term strategy that aligns technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into cutting-edge fields such as Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Spatial Computing.
- C-Executive Collaboration: Partner with the C-suite to communicate technical visions and secure budget for major transformation projects.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performance engineering and strategy team.
- Market Analysis: Monitor global tech trends to identify disruptive innovations that could impact our market position.
- Prototyping & Validation: Oversee the development of proof-of-concept prototypes to validate new technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining and executing technology roadmaps for large-scale organizations.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), and distributed systems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
