Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Roadmap: Design and oversee the technical architecture for the company's '2026 Horizon' initiative, ensuring scalability, security, and innovation.
- Model Optimization: Lead the research and implementation of next-generation Transformer architectures and optimization techniques for real-time inference.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- System Integration: Integrate complex AI models into existing enterprise workflows, ensuring seamless data flow and API interoperability.
- Performance Tuning: Continuously monitor, debug, and optimize AI systems to ensure low latency and high throughput under heavy load.
- Strategic Vision: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define the long-term technical vision and strategy for AI adoption.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is required.
- Architecture Skills: Proven track record of designing distributed systems and microservices architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing engineering teams through complex technical challenges.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
