- Architect and lead the development of scalable software solutions for the 2026 tech ecosystem.
- Define technical roadmaps and research emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing).
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team.
- Collaborate with product management to translate complex requirements into technical blueprints.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met across all projects.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a focus on distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration and cloud-native architectures.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering innovative products in a fast-paced environment.
