The Role
As our Senior SEO Specialist, you will own the SEO roadmap, ensuring our digital assets rank for high-intent keywords while maintaining a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Mastery: Conduct comprehensive website audits to identify and fix crawl errors, site speed issues, and structured data opportunities.
- Strategy & Implementation: Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies that align with business goals and market trends.
- Content Optimization: Partner with content creators to produce high-quality, keyword-optimized assets that resonate with our target audience.
- Link Building: Lead white-hat link-building campaigns to build domain authority and improve organic rankings.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to provide actionable insights and weekly reporting.
- Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of algorithm updates and monitor competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link building.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and CMS platforms like WordPress or Drupal.
- Programming Knowledge: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Certification: Google Analytics or Google Ads certification is a plus.
