Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision for the Nexus 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead a cross-functional team of architects, engineers, and researchers to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing, Quantum Readiness) and prototype high-impact solutions.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate strategic roadmaps into actionable technical specifications.
- Oversee system architecture to ensure security, scalability, and reliability in a rapidly evolving landscape.
- Present technical concepts and progress updates to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical initiatives or startups from conception to launch.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and their deployment strategies.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Masterâs degree preferred).
