Job Description
We are not just building software for today; we are engineering the digital infrastructure for 2026. At Quantum Leap Dynamics, we are on a mission to redefine the boundaries of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI). We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead our forward-thinking team in designing scalable, autonomous, and ethically aligned AI systems.
In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade engineering. You will define the technical roadmap that positions us as a market leader in the years leading up to 2026, focusing on next-generation neural architectures, multimodal learning, and quantum-inspired algorithms.
Why Join Us?
- Work on cutting-edge technology that defines the future of the industry.
- Competitive compensation package with equity opportunities.
- Flexible remote-first culture with hubs in San Francisco and New York.
If you are ready to architect the future, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of next-generation AI models and systems.
- Define the long-term technical vision and roadmap for 2026 readiness, including AGI infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Engineering) to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Lead research initiatives into emerging paradigms such as Neuromorphic Computing and Transformer Evolution.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and ethical AI compliance across all projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning systems at scale.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-stakes environments.
