Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate tech) to forecast disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Build proprietary foresight models using predictive analytics and machine learning
- Present future outlooks to investors, partners, and industry forums
- Establish Horizon Dynamics as a thought leader via whitepapers and keynotes
- Mentor a team of 3-5 futurist analysts
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Strong data modeling skills with proficiency in Python/R/Tableau
