Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR) and assess their strategic implications
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing next-gen digital transformation initiatives
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for future technology adoption and ROI
- Partner with product teams to integrate 2026-era capabilities into customer solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage vendor relationships for emerging technology partnerships and acquisitions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven experience developing multi-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Certified Strategic Planning Professional (CSPO) or equivalent preferred
- Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in trend forecasting tools
- Exceptional communication with ability to articulate complex tech concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience managing $5M+ technology transformation budgets
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or Business
