Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry disruption forecasts
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and blockchain 3.0
- Architect scalable frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Forge strategic partnerships with academia and industry disruptors
- Present tech futures to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor innovation teams in emerging tech adoption methodologies
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for next-gen technologies
- Strong network in Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem
