Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, Web4.0) and assess market viability
- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and industry disruption
- Conduct scenario planning for regulatory shifts, ethical implications, and societal adoption curves
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and evaluate disruptive startups for acquisition/partnerships
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board members with data-driven recommendations

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or venture capital

- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical concepts into market opportunities
