Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech ecosystems (quantum, AI, biotech, sustainable energy) for strategic integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and innovation proposals to executive stakeholders
- Drive adoption of future-ready tech frameworks across organizational units
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting long-term tech strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years in strategic tech roles
- Proven track record in forecasting technology trends and translating them to business value
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, or clean tech)
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation projects from ideation to market launch
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
