Responsibilities
- Architect and own the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap.
- Conduct R&D on emerging tech trends, including Generative AI and Web3.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to prototype next-gen solutions.
- Present strategic insights and progress updates to executive leadership.
- Identify high-ROI technology investments to secure our market position by 2026.
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to foster a culture of forward-thinking.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D, or technical product management.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI/ML, Spatial Computing, Quantum).
- Proven track record of taking conceptual tech from ideation to execution.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex technical concepts.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with experience guiding high-performance engineering teams.
