Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record leading $5M+ tech innovation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of 2026 tech forecasts (AGI, climate tech, etc.)
- Published research or patents in future technology domains
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks in regulated industries
