Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmap with quantum computing integration and AI governance frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen sustainable tech solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (metaverse, bio-digital interfaces, climate AI) for commercial viability
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and Fortune 500 innovation labs
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board members using data-driven narratives
- Drive ethical tech implementation in compliance with 2026 global regulatory standards
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused methodologies and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future tech forecasting
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record in scaling quantum/AI initiatives to enterprise level
- Expertise in ethical tech frameworks (UN Sustainable Tech Guidelines preferred)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on emerging technologies
- Deep network within IEEE, World Economic Forum Tech Pioneers, or similar
- Proficiency in strategic planning tools (scenario planning, Delphi method, etc.)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
