Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network in Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem
- Published thought leadership in tech journals
- Expertise in ethical AI and sustainable tech frameworks
- PMP or similar certification preferred
