Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- 7+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven experience with AI/quantum computing ecosystem mapping
- Expertise in scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Strong data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (preferred)
