Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with 3+ quantum computing projects
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or post-silicon technologies
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Python for global collaboration
- Security clearance for DoD/NASA classified projects
