Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing next-gen innovation initiatives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and competitive disruptors
- Develop strategic partnerships with leading tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Present technology vision and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor senior engineers and product managers on future technology adoption
- Oversee the development of proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, etc.)
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex tech transformation projects
- Strong business acumen with ability to align technology initiatives with revenue goals
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
