Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with 2026 industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching, evaluating, and implementing emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify first-mover advantages in tech adoption
- Partner with product teams to integrate cutting-edge solutions into core offerings
- Present strategic roadmaps and investment recommendations to the executive board
- Build and maintain relationships with key tech innovators, research institutions, and venture partners
- Mentor next-generation tech talent through our Innovation Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing disruptive technologies at scale
- Expertise in AI, blockchain, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and cross-functional teams
- Published thought leadership in tech publications or industry conferences
