Responsibilities
- Lead development of the 2026 technology innovation framework and implementation roadmap

- Design cross-functional R&D initiatives targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Oversee prototyping of next-gen systems in our Innovation Lab
- Develop KPIs for measuring 2026 strategic milestones
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with 5+ year strategic planning cycles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
