Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum-resistant cryptography and AGI alignment
- Identify and vet emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Partner with VPs to secure $100M+ in future tech investments
- Author thought leadership publications on tech ethics and human augmentation
- Manage portfolio of 2026-focused innovation sprints and pilot programs
- Represent company at Davos, Web Summit, and future-tech symposiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in future-tech domains
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing/Neuroscience/AI Ethics preferred
- Published research in Nature/Science on human-machine interfaces
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for 2026 tech (e.g., EU AI Act)
- Fluency in at least two emerging programming paradigms
- Portfolio of 2026-tech patents or breakthrough innovations
- Keynote speaker experience at 3+ global tech conferences
