Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in quantum, AI, and biotech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Present technology foresight frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish innovation governance frameworks for ethical tech deployment
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget for experimental technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record leading successful digital transformation initiatives
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major industry conferences
- Experience scaling technology solutions from concept to enterprise deployment
- Strong financial acumen for technology investment analysis
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
