- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis for next-gen tech adoption
- Collaborate with R&D teams to commercialize breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic vision to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor future tech talent and drive innovation culture across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in commercializing AI/quantum/biotech innovations
- Executive-level experience with technology roadmapping and P&L responsibility
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology trends and regulatory landscapes
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology foresight methodologies
