- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and data sovereignty
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for pilot projects and R&D initiatives
- Build external partnerships with leading research institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, blockchain
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused digital transformations
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology management (preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and risk mitigation frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
