Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030, aligning with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Present compelling technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation pipeline success and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with experience influencing executive stakeholders
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience building innovation ecosystems or corporate venture arms
